Well, that mix looks too heavy, in my opinion.
I imagine that the roots are struggling for oxygen. I can't comment on the poisons you've been using, but hopefully others can. The pale leaves would indicate a lack of nutrients...yet that's most likely due to root impairment. So....if you want to take a chance, re-pot into a fast draining medium, put the plant in a protected area, and fertilize a week after re-potting.

Thanks Josh, the pod looks muddy but is because is has been raining the last couple of days... I normally let the soil dry a little before watering...

Also the plant is around 6 months old, do you think it could have handle it for all this time to start now struggling for oxygen?

Yes, certainly....the mix looks like mud because it is a fine texture. Excess rain will further compact an already fine mix. What is that soil you are using? It looks like yard/garden soil.

Yep is pretty much it, but is seems to work on my other peppers so far... I have jalapeños, serranos and habaneros.

I'm very new to growing stuff by the way this is my first time...

Let the soil dry a lot And then give it lots of water. Keep doing that. Also try giving it some blood meal or bone meal. Turn egg shells into dust by crushing them and apply it to the soil. These are just different ways to give your plants nutrients. Plants need them if your soil lacks holding them. I'm not saying this is the solution but they seem a little unhappy and it looks like what happened to mine. I just clip off any growth that had a burn tips or really yellow. New growth will come out hopefully

I would take it out and re pot it. This way you will have a chance to see possibly what is going on. Any rotted roots, clip them. Shake off the old medium and plant it in a fresh medium, like 511.

Yes, re-pot it.
And don't use egg shells....throw those in the compost pile for next year's nutrients. They take a long time.
