Can you identify my new palm?

Hello,

I was given a small palm yesterday (it was an Earth Day repotting extravaganza). I love it, but I don't know what it is.

Here's what I know about it:

It grows well in lower light.

It appears to max out around 3 or 4 feet tall indoors.

It sprouts new plants all the time. Yesterday, I helped my friend repot all of her specimens of this palm. She said she started out with one 3" pot a few years back. Yesterday, we potted up 7 individual plants to give away as gifts (not including what I took). The rest of the plant material was moved around 5 or 6 sizeable pots.

I also know that my plant has mealy bugs (though that shouldn't be much help identifying the species). My friend gave me one of the less sickly plants, I've gotten all of the bugs that were on it when I got it. We'll see how it goes when the eggs hatch.

I also have photographs to help you. I'll give you the links and URLs.

Some of the leavess have gotten pretty beat up as time has gone by, something has been munching on it. I'm thinking the dog, this has always been an indoor plant.

I'm thinking it might be a Neanthe Bella, but I don't know if those clump like this plant obviously does (I spent so much time yesterday teasing apart root balls). But it does have Neanthe Bella looking leaves.

Thanks in advance for your help!
