Is this just damage or disease?

This is only my second year to try growing tomatoes, and a couple of plants have some holes and brown patches in some leaves. If this is just damage to the leaves, which is possible as I found a dove who'd managed to get in under the netting and flailed about in the vicinity of these plants as I was trying to open up a spot to let it out, or some bug munching on them I'm not going to worry about it, but if it's some sort of disease then maybe I need to rip these out before it spreads and gets worse.

Three of these are of tomato plants, Brandywine, and one is hot peppers (given to me so I'm not sure of the varieties). I'm hoping the pictures turned out good enough for you to see the leaves, but I took them in a hurry and the camera wanted to focus on the netting rather than the plants behind it.

I tried to circle the affected areas in red to make them easy to find and see.
