Stevia questions

Last summer someone gave me some stevia. I cut the branches and stuck them into a pot with potting soil and watered them. The branches took root and grew new plants but got kind of scragley and went to seed as it was late summer. I had them indoors in the west facing kitchen window. Well I cut the branches and dried out the flowers. I had one woody branch left with no leaves. I planted the seeds from the dried flowers and now I have about 40 or 50 new sprouts most having their first set of true leaves. They are about three inches tall.

What do I do with them now? All those plants won't grow in a 5.5" high 6" diameter clay pot.

Do I need to gently replant them into individual little 2" or 3" pots so they can continue to grow?
