I suspect you can expect your plant to top out at about maybe 18-20". Epi stamfordianum can get pretty big (~2'), and my LC trick or treat I used to have was a mature division at maybe a foot tall or so. Deflasked 2 years ago, its probably just entering its teenager phase, but as arthur mentioned some plants are able to bloom really young. Depends on the species involved and the growing conditions/quality of culture you provide.
