This strange, cool-looking plant was on sale at Portland Nursery. So I bought it. Probably a mistake - reading the web, it's unlikely to be survive the winter in the Pacific Northwest.
I do overwinter geraniums, fuscias, begonias, and by accident, a heliotrope, by bringing them into an unheated garage for the winter, and have had limited success overwintering a Tabasco pepper plant in a window.
Can the same be done with Anigosanthos? What's better - or worse - dry and unheated, or indoors in somewhat sunny (This IS rainy Portland area) window?
Or just assume it's an annual & don't bother? (In which case I'll bring it into the garage and leave it dry like the geranium etc).
Thanks for your advice!
