Too many plants and too early to start

I think I should have waited a couple more weeks to start my tomato seeds. "6 to 8 weeks" before transplanting should be more like 4 to 5 weeks. They are huge, and very healthy! Those shop lights and a little fertilizer really did the trick. I had to move some to 6 inch pots today to hold them a few more weeks.

The peppers on the other hand can still stay in the starter packs a week or two more.

Now that I have had to move up to such large pots, I can't fit them all on my shelves, at least not under the lights. Why did I plant 9 of everything again?

The original plan was to plant them in my raised beds ( with plastic covers at night) on around March 15. I think next year I will start the seeds the second week of February for the ones in the raised beds.

By the way, I saw tomato plants (Better Boy, Beef-something, and Early Girl) at Home Depot yesterday. They did NOT look healthy.
