Moving anxiety....

I'm about to bid on a new house tomorrow, that has a lovely acre of land, just waiting to be planted. But, I almost hope that my bid is rejected...!!!

Of course, it's July, and my present garden has just started to explode, with all of the effects I had dreamed of, in the depths of January. Right now, it's a little piece of heaven!

Only a fellow gardener would understand the angst involved in leaving all that work...I want to dig it up and take it with me.

Have any of you actually made clauses in home contracts...that allowed you to remove certain plants? For example, I have a Harry Lauder's Walking Stick, that I really want to take with me. I have a feeling the next family won't want it anyway, and will probably rip it up, because it's downright ugly during the summer months.

Alright, I'm nuts.
