Okiedawn OK Zone 7

Here's the spring/summer vegetable varieties I'm growing in 2009. There's no tomatoes on this list because I posted them on a separate thread.

ONIONS:

It sounds like a lot of carrots, and I suppose it is, but I am using up odds and ends of leftover packets so there's not neccessarily a lot of any one type. Since some of the packets are quite old, I may not get good germination. Time will tell.

Petit Gris de Rennes

Zatta (Franchi Simenti Seed, called bruto ma buono in Italy, which means ugly but good)

WATERMELON:

Blacktail Mountain

Yellow Doll

Bush Sugar Baby

WINTER SQUASH AND PUMPKIN: I won't plant many of these if the drought continues because they guzzle water, so right now the list is very short:

Seminole

Sucrine Du Berry

Sibley or Pike's Peak

One Too Many

Marina di Chioggia

Table Gold Acorn

OKRA:

Clemson Spineless

Burgundy Red

HERBS:

Borage

Chives

Dill--Bouquet

Oregano

Basil (several kinds, but I haven't decided which ones yet)

Chamomile

Parsley-Italian Flat Leaf and Extra Curled Dwarf

Lemon Balm

Pineapple Sage

SOUTHERN PEAS: Undecided, but probably Penny Rile, Red Ripper and Pinkeye Purple Hull.

That's all I can think of, and I am sure I forgot something.

What is everyone else going to grow?

Dawn
