About 2 weeks ago I had some vandalism in my back yard that resulted in my pool being destroyed and a tidal wave of water going through my hostas. Plantagenia was beside the pool. One of the bloom stalks ended up broken and remained on the plant until I decided to bring it inside to enjoy the flowers. Then my roommate asked me to remove it as it was bothering his allergies. I wanted to see if the flowers would still open so I stuck it into a daylilly pot close to my patio. The blooms opened but I never expected this.....lol.....I removed it today and put it into some sugar water to see if it will finish ripening. Hope to get some seedlings from it!
