downtown balcony garden questions

I am a new and very excited gardener, but am unsure of how to best care for my plants. I live in a 7th floor nw facing apt with morning and partial evening sun. My main concern is the wind that we get on one corner of our balcony and whether it will affect my planters that I have on there (it is enough to keep them moving pretty consistently throughout the day). I put my calla lily's, labelia, ageratum, impatients and dusty miller (very pretty mix!) on that corner because it gets the most sun. Will those plants do o.k. there or should I move them to the other side of my balcony with my other planters where it doesn't get as much wind (or sun). Please help me because I have searched the web and can't find a similar situation or answers to my questions. thank you and happy gardening!
