Wild leeks

sandaidh

A couple of years ago, while harvesting some wild (native) leeks in the Bradford PA area, a couple of hepatica plants came up with the leeks. Rather than just toss them aside, I transplanted them into my garden, along with the leeks. They've grown and flowered quite nicely since then. That's the hepatica, but my question is about the leeks which were transplanted into the garden along with them. This past year, the leeks flowered, and then...well, when the flowers were gone, the spikes had these tiny little black balls on them. Can anyone confirm my belief that these are the seeds, or seed pods, of the leeks?
