Will Dracaena survive the snow and freezing?

My Dracaena is over 6 feet tall and had flowered over the past year. It has been planted outside in the ground for the past 6 years and thriving. We have had quite a cold winter with 10+ inches of snow in December for more than a week and freezing/below freezing temperatures. Now after all of this cold weather it looks like it may die. The foliage is drooping and brown. Should I cut it back? Remove it? Or just wait and see? Will it recover?
