Too small picture to see any details.

Well....around here the only thing that grows wild (it is an invasive species) that has berries this time of year that look similar to small blueberries and has thorns is the common buckthorn Rhamnus cathartica but I would not call them sweet smelling. There are others like the alternate-leaf dogwood Cornus alternifolia that get blue berries that are similar looking to elderberries but they don't have thorns. Beauties! I was like: ok, I'll get ONE wandering jew because everyone owns one but me. And then.. I love these colors... so why not get one each? :) They are only cuttings so won't take over the house. Yet.

s g I was not suggesting your plant being etiolated at all. Just growing conditions - for example, many keep gasteria in little less than full sunlight (gasterias and haworthias will grow well in less sunlight than most succulents). I can tell you keep them in plenty of sun, and there is nothing wrong that I could say about them. Here is a photo of G. lilliputana - doesn't seem to have fat leaves to me. But I could be wrong: I have only few gasterias and am not knowledgeable enough to ID.
