ID wildflower

SW Wisconsin woodland plant. two parallel veined yellowing leaves with longish petioles lying on ground. old 5 inch bloom stalks on some. Not a showy orchis, dogtooth violet. I thought at first wild leek (allium tricoccum) but I read that the leaves disappear before flowering. Any ideas?

Do you have a picture? Pictures help so much more than verbal descriptions.

And yes, wild leek or ramps would have lost their leaves months ago. They wouldn't have even made it to the start of summer.

Thank you all for the IDs!! I think you are right about #3-5. I wasn't sure about the Curly Dock from pics on the web, but you seem pretty sure about that Toad. I will wait and see if it sends up the flower stalks. Apparently it is an edible and tasty green? #2 is probably a hawkweed (Heiracium), although I haven't yet found a particular species that matches it well.

That plant was all over my yard and produces horrid spikey balls. Tiny, but nasty little stickers that wreaked havoc on the dogs' feet. I pulled all mine up once I realized they were the source of the stickers. I live in old town a couple of blocks from the plaza.
