wood sorrel in my beds!

Help. I don't know what to do! I've got so much of this, it's like groundcover in my perennial beds. I started to see wood sorrel for the first time in the spring. I didn't get around to weeding until weeks later, almost summer time. WHen I was pulling the suckers out, seeds were flying everywhere. Now, I've got so much it's just impossible to do by hand.

Some of my beds have thin bark/hardwood mulch, others have landscaping fabric and maybe 2 to 3 inches of mulch over it. How can I get rid of this stuff and prevent it from coming back.
