Hi John, it looks like a crocosmia plant to me. I've been researching these because I want to try to grow these! They look beautiful.

Oly, there is an orchid sitting to the far right. You can see a few of the flowers. Here is the purple, half-dead. I originally titled this “help me identify this half-dead flower” 😬 but I thought that wasn’t nice to ask people to identify a half-dead (or actually, almost totally dead) flower. HA! Then I found a photo of the arrangement when it was fresh. Below is the half-dead one. I’m pretty sure it isn’t an orchid. DD has the landscaper coming Monday to talk about putting in a cutting garden for DGD. That’s going to be a challenge. She’s 4. She uses the Queen of Hearts theory of flower cutting - “off with their heads.” 😂 ETA: They are looking at some of the flowers in the bouquet as a starting place for the cutting garden.

That's what I did at first. Even went to the ECCB bank's website, to no avail. They usually keep it a secret or simply do not care to announce such details, probably for security purposes. Other Central Banks provide descriptions of their banknotes, but do not provide description to every single feature or picture. Sometimes plants can't be identified, because the artist may have drawn something generic or they want to keep it a secret. That's why this forum is for, - to help identify plants for educational purposes. Thank you for trying and for helping out.
