It's arrowwood viburnum, Viburnum dentatum. A pretty common native shrub, and there are some cultivars on the market sold as ornamentals. The fruits of some viburnums are edible, but apparently, from what I've heard, this one is not. The birds like it, though.

Not to mention that several varieties of lonicera are mildly toxic. It's impossible to garner a complete list due to the sheer number of lonicera species, but jam may be the most dangerous method of ingestion because any toxins will be dense due to the reduction of water. I eat only the lonicera species berries that reputable sources have confirmed aren't toxic.
