The Eranthis should live if it hasn't already dried out too much. Expect at least a 50% failure rate on corms stored that long, but you might as well plant them in the ground since they only need to go in an inch or so. I've only had really consistent results with Eranthis from Old House Gardens--expensive, but wax-dipped to prevent dessication. As for the A. coronaria, plant them up in pots and put them in the attic. I believe B&B has instructions on their website and/or in their bulb-planting booklet. I forget which. Lisa

I have second thoughts too. The shipping is expected to be 10.50 or so, but if they do 3rd day select UPS, then it can go up to 20-30 dollars. In that case, I will just cancel my order, because shipping will cost more than the bulbs themselves. There is insurance in the price of UPS shipping, so they should not make us pay so high shipping mandatory. I called them to send me the estimate, but I just got the order acknowledgement, no final amount yet. I hope they don't ship before letting final numbers sent to me. I will definitely turn the whole thing back if instead of 10, I get 20-30 dollars shipping.
