Four of my lilies 'deer salad'--will they recover?

I was so upset, but not too surprised, to find that deer have been eating my lilies. Of the four, one was nipped right to the ground, and three had about three or four inches eaten off (so there's now about an inch or two still there). I guess the "Deer Away" was only good for so long (and I sprayed them frequently!). I have now applied "Liquid Fence", which is going to keep *me* away from them for a few hours as it is the rankest smelling concoction...

Is there any hope for the four lilies recovering at all? I know they store energy in the stem, but now I don't know if the stem will continue to grow and they simply won't bloom for a season or two...?

I am assuming deer and not rabbits or squirrels, but who knows--I have 'em all!
