How Did That Hydrangea Get Into My Yard!!

As recent as two years ago, I would not have allowed a hydrangea within 50 feet of my yard. I was ignorant of the different varieties. I had heard my Grandmother rant and rave about why her mophead hydrangea wouldn't bloom (because she had pruned it at the wrong time I now know). I just didn't want to deal with such a problem plant, plus those type hydrangea just aren't my cup of tea as a rule (yet). Then I saw my first oak leaf and Annabelle, and I was hooked for life. I have expanded from these two this year into a Big Daddy, a few more Annabelles, Little Lamb and Limelight. I love the panicle-shaped blooms best of all. I would bore myself to death with all the creamy white, which I love, if nature didn't take a hand in this and turn these blooms shades of pink and green during the blooming season. And now I have found this forum which I visit daily and enjoy. I just wanted to say how much beginners, like me, appreciate the advice of someone with experience. Thanks for being there!
