What type? Just moved in...(pictures)

Hi everyone! We just moved into our new house. I have found on our 5 acres that we have a Hydrangea bush. I just don't know what type it is. It is actually in with a bunch of weeds. I really want to relocate it but I am afraid I will damage it. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Also, I will TRY to post a couple pictures to see if anyone can help with the type. The pictures are from the same bush, just different colors. The second picture is blurry but you can see the color good. PLEASE HELP! I know that the plant has been there for atleast 2 years (that's when we bought this fixer-uper).

Looks like your average garden variety Nikko type to me. Don't know what zone you're in but around your neck of the woods it could very well be one of the remontant types too like Decatur Blue or David Ramsey, all of which are kind of close cousins......yg

OK, I just took a couple more pictures, maybe these might help! Thanks for the reply!!!! Also, I am in zone 5B.

With the gray carpet, cool colors would probably work best - green, blue, purple, mauve to blend in. For accents, red and burgundy look great with gray. Silver sage or a silvery blue are pretty. Check out SW Svelte Sage, Samovar Silver or Krypton (or the other colors on those strips). Or just paint the walls gray (which I'm reading is the current color trend) and spice things up with accent pieces in brighter colors.

Thanks for your suggestions! Yes the fireplace is working and unfortunately I think the TV is too big to put on the fireplace (it sticks out at the end, is that okay?). As for the dining table, there is no real space behind the bar stools. That is the entrance to our home and it's just a narrow hallway. The other thing I'm worried about with putting the TV where it is now is that the space behind the couch feels under-utilized... I don't understand the hate for 2 1/4 inch oak hardwood. It wears like iron (my 110 year old house has what I think is the original hardwood) and you never have to worry about having trouble finding flooring that matches if you need to replace some or extend the flooring into an addition, or say, your kitchen. I get that the amber color doesn't suit everyone, but it's startling the degree to which I tune out the color of my floor when I'm in my house. It just is. Plus you will have rugs and furnishings, and the floor won't be as in-your-face as it seems in photos.

Ordinary mophead, Hydrangea macrophilla, if you'd like to know the 'type'.
Particular name at this point is irrelevant, I think.
If you bought your property 2 years ago and just 'discovered' it, it should be in ground for quite some time, planted by previous owners.
If it is happy where it is, don't move it, unless it's in the way of something. Rather try to eliminate weeds and build a nice bed around already established shrub that blooms in IN without protection.

I just never get tired of looking at pictures of these blooms. Such a variety of color. Thanks for the great pictures.
