For the most part I agree with the guesses, but not all of them. Here are my answers: #1 - definitely Golden Scepter #3 - ? #4 - Am I the only one that thinks this might be Sum and Substance? #5 - I don't think this is Blue Angel as I don't see the distinct point to the leaves that Blue Angel always has. Personally I think this one is Bressingham Blue or some other sieboldiana seedling. #6 - definitely Frances Williams #7 - I agree with fortunei aureomarginata #9 - Halcyon #10 - another fortunei aureomarginata #11 - maybe grand Tiara, or a really special golden tiara. Would depend on the leaf thickness - thin is golden, thick is grand. #12 - could be Fire and Ice, could be Loyalist #13 - I don't think it is Gold Standard or Paul's Glory. There is some spring desiccation burn, so that makes me think it is more likely a yellow centered sieboldiana like Borwick Beauty, DuPage Delight, or Super Nova or... #14 - definitely Stained Glass #15 - definitely June #16 - definitely Blue Mouse Ears #17 - maybe Last Dance, maybe Summer Breeze #18 - definitely Fragrant Bouquet #19 - again, some kind of sieboldiana but definitely NOT Blue Angel. Looks a lot like Elegans though. #20 - it does look like August Moon

HI, I looked at your leaf. Frankly, I probably couldn't id it if I saw the whole plant. However, the people who can id it need more than a leaf to id it. Take a photo of the whole plant with some kind of marker so that they can tell how big the leaves are and how large the plant it. Some use a coke can, some use a ruler, some use a pen - just something that can act as a marker to size. Just lay it on the plant and take a photo. Also, seeing the flower will help. If your photo doesn't show it, count the number of veins on one side of the leaf. If you can, photograph the underside of the leaf. There are thousands of hosta, so the more info the "old" hands have, the more likely they can give you an id. On the holes, they need to see that too. It could be nematodes. It could be slugs. It was. We were also lucky that there wasn't much else in the yard-- so we had some good building blocks AND a clean slate at the same time. The perfect place to land for someone with a Japanese maple obsession. ;) I'm now thinking #2 isn't Paul's Glory, but Old Glory. The blue edges don't stand out as much on mine, at any time of year, as they seem to in Paul's Glory photos here in the forum. The margins on mine also seem thinner than the ones on Paul's Glory. When I look at Old Glory, it seems more familiar. They're all so similar to an untrained eye-- it's maddening and fascinating at the same time.

I think this is pretty natural coloration for this undulata. One of the leaves in the last picture (at eight o'clock) is a little worrying. But this year in my garden everyone gets the benefit of the doubt because of the late freeze.
