When to transplant seedlings?

I know it was late, but better late than never.

I finally planted the seeds from the hosta elf (thanks Teresa!!) and some I bought on ebay on March 5th...it took many two weeks or more to germinate. The person that I got the seeds from off of ebay recommended that I sow them in a plastic container with a lid, which I did and it worked great. They are anywhere from 3/8" to 3/4" high now.

My question is...at what size/point should I transplant them into their own individual styrofoam coffee cups? When they get their 2nd leaves? I'm new to the whole grow anything from seed, so please forgive the dumb question.

Thanks for the help...this is really exciting watching these little babies grow.
