hoyas under lights question

It's 50* here this morning, a reminder that soon it will be time to haul my hoyas back inside...the problem is that several of them have waited until the very last minute to put out hloom spurs (okay, peduncles--hate that word) that will almost certainly blast post move...I've got a possibility of bloom on subcalva, Red Buttons, sp. Solomon Islands, and rotundiflora (there, I got to use the new name!)...Anyhow, I thought this year I'd try supplemental florescent light at an east window to try and avoid bud blasting, and my question is---those of you who use supplemental lighting, what type of bulbs do you use? One warm and one cool white? Grow lights? High output bulbs? Any help would be much appreciated...thanks...

Shelley
