Chartreuse hosta shaped like Krossa Regal?

I love the shape of Krossa Regal - that upright vase-like look. Is there a small - medium hosta in a bright green chartreuse color?

I'd prefer heart-shaped leaves, but not too picky. Thanks!

I don't know of one....but if there is it will be listed at the Hosta Library....see what you can find.

I'm in the wait-and-watch camp... except if something is eating things, I'd be trying to stop that. If this baby throws another flush of leaves - entirely possible at this time of year, it would be nice to think they could rebuild some strength rather than serving as a fresh snack for whatever is dining on your plants. So I'd hit things in the area with liquid fence and hope it steers whatever varmint is there off to other climes...

I would go with Nigrescens which would continue the upright theme at the back of your bed, it would be a bit like a family tree as RS came from KR which came from Nigrescens. I really like the tall uprights. I like to see their " legs" so I wouldn't crowd them too much with the mediums in front. Denis

This is the new area, that I've been filling with dormant sale hostas and some other woodland plants for the last 3 years. The hostas were all purchased at a local nursery's fall 75% off sale, except for a few divisions of my own. (Funny, as soon as it was full, this nursery closed for good. Land got too valuable, and they got an offer they could not refuse.) It will need a lot of tweaking. Some have performed well and others not. I have hesitated to post it since it is still such a work in progress. Right after planting a bunch of stuff. I want to get that ugly utility box covered, but so far, nothing's working. They still have to be able to open one side, which is on the right.

Depending on your light, Gold Regal may stay looking chartreuse for most of the year, and it's vase-shaped.

I love abiqua drinking gourd hosta next to my kossa regal. It is tall enough to not be overshadowed by the kossa regal but the cupped shaped leaves make it look very different so as not to blend with it. The blue colors complimet each other so as not to compete or look garish.
