I've noticed that those pie-crust edge ones are definitely your fancy.

May I suggest you look at a series of youtube.com videos?
The owner of HostasDirect.com has done a series of 6 videos that are tours of different gardens. There are several pie-crust edged hostas in there. I thought of you when I watched these this week.

Choo Choo Train-yellow- is nice..much smaller Invincible to the lower left also has wavy edges.

Sea Gulf Stream

Queen of the Seas is a wonderful blue piecrust

Riptide takes a while to get piecrusty (is that a word?)

Do tiny hostas like First Mate count?

or Dragon Tails? (also a mini)

Cutting Edge grows large rapidly, has nice white backs

Gunsmoke also grows very fast, gets very large, seems to keep expanding all summer.

Also Lakeside Cha Cha, although, I don't have a pic yet because I just planted it last summer. But it does have pie crust edge and looks lovely from the pics on Made In the Shade Gardens site.
