Brad - Lime Peel has a green center. Depending on your monitor, it may look more green than it actually is - especially if you're viewing on an IPad. Sherry - Last Snowflake is a beauty. But a slow multiplier that doesn't like winters when temps are near zero. Signet - Lillian's Ginger Bred is another tender one that doesn't multiply well here. But I do love the bloom. My nemesis in the gardens are the spiders. Sort of like Brad ,I used to catch things in a jar. I used to go berry picking with my grandmother . I carried a jar to collect the berries. There were many times the berries got tossed in order to collect a field mouse and bring it home I have always liked mice but spiders are a different story ,especially those big ugly multicolored ones in the gardens with the horribly strong web. I once needed to get rid of one of those to access one of my gardens . I didn't have any bug spray so I sprayed it with oven cleaner ( twice ) That stuff didn't bother it at all. I ultimately resorted to two pieces of two by four ....no way was I risking this humungous 8 legged beast anywhere near me . . Blech!!!!!!!!!! Worst of all it didn't even rain after getting rid of the darn thing .(so much for that old wives tale!) Sherry Lovely Miss Laucious ......wow! What does the L stand for on your L.
