Liltte Rock/Herb Garden (picture)

The previous owner must have used this as a water pond, but it was leaking water at a slow rate, so it was collecting water after each rainfall. This caused mosquitos to breed and the coons to play in the water. I was scratching my head as to what to do with it. I would love to have a fish pond, or a water garden, but because of the mosquitoes and racoon problems, I decided not to deal with those problems and instead planted a herb garden. So, here it is ...

The herbs represented here are cilantro and dill on the back, oregano and greek oregano on the left, Nasturtium in the middle, mint, parsley, Italian parsley and heather (hidden) all on the right. I plunged the mint with pot into the ground to prevent it from spreading. The Nasturtium seems to be taking over quickly. I harvested mostly on the cilantro. Now I don't have much of it left. Do I have to plant new plants after a few harvests?
