Sorry it so long to get the last pic. I have all the parts . I think most my parts came from Amazon. Google "Stanley N112-102" to find best price. The only part you will have to find locally is the "box rail" track since shipping cost will kill you. Mine is 12 ft long so cost+ shipping would have been about $200. I found it at Lowes for $35.

That's a huge pantry! Such great potential, lucky you! I'd be careful to organize it well or it could end up like my old cavern of mess. It was 6' wide and about 3 1/2' deep. The shelves went around in a U. It was supposed to be mainly used for groceries, bags of dog food, and large kitchen pots and small appliances that didn't fit in the kitchen. It ended up being a mess. I'm sure it was because I didn't keep it in order. But I also think it wasn't officially organized well. If you're going to share that pantry for food, laundry, dogs, kitchen items, etc. that will be a lot of uses. Can you create separate areas for each use somehow? You have to have two sets of bi-fold doors I assume. Would it make sense to also create two separate closets/pantries? Maybe one 4' pantry for food and then a 4' closet with "L" for organizing everything else? I got rid of my big pantry and now have three separate areas for food. One small pantry that's 24" wide works great for all my store bought canned goods and miscellaneous other groceries. I have an antique "hi boy" that I use for all my baking supplies. And I have a 36" wide cupboard for food that I've "put up" from the garden. Bags of snacks go in a drawer. I'm much happier this way. I guess what I'm saying is you need to really think about what exactly you want to keep in that pantry. If you put an 8' long shelf that's 12" deep plus an "L" area of shelving on the shorter wall . . . that's a lot of shelf space! Can you handle having everything in there side by side? Or should you break it up somehow? A lot to think about. It really would help to have a clear vision of what will be in there, as I've said. It's cool that your DH was able to use up what he had : ) I like the idea of covering the wall with thin sheet rock so it can all be painted. When I was designing it helped to see photos so I hope these photos help for size perspective. 24" pantry 44" closet - I can reach the stuff on the top shelf from my tippy toes. Isn't this cool? I got it off the web. I like the way the big space is broken up. I love this one too!! See this is what I'm talking about . . . these pantries are huge but have vertical boards separating the long shelves into areas that can then be better organized.

Sunset magazine showed a home where they were used in the garden and it was fantastic. Made a small garden space look large and interesting. They were mounted to posts behind. Ivy or some bushy hedge plant covered the edges. Even with a little dirt at the lower edge from being outside, they made a huge impact. It made the cover if I remember right. I also saw some being reused in a garage. Mirrors make a small space feel more open. They bounce light in in a dark space. We had a large mirror at the end of a long entry. It used to bring in the outdoor greenery opposite our glass entry door and made all the difference. Why not try them in a place where you need more light. They reflect any light source. Any place but the ceiling. I find that creepy.

^^ Good advice. That said, I think this could be done, but I'm not sure what hinges to use. First the left door is hinged to the cabinet. You would want a hinge that allows opening past 90 degrees. I notice the doors are all inset into the cabinet front, so either the hinges have to be applied to the surfaces, or the doors will have to be trimmed a bit to make room for them. Then the second door is hinged to the first door, and the third to the second. To have them fold like an accordion, the second and third hinges will have to work in opposite directions.
