...until my blooms are all gone, except for some rebloomers that are putting up scapes. :( Ya'll northern folks are gonna have to pick up the slack and post lots of pretty dl's so we southerners can get our daily dl fix!! :)

Yes, I did enjoy them very much! I received Baby Blue Eyes as a bonus this year, and now I'm really looking forward to seeing it bloom.

I just posted this by grabbing the html code on Flicker and copy and pasting it into the text. You get to it on flicker now by clicking on the finger pointing at the box. I had a lot of problems with flicker last week with their constant changing. They pushed me into the new (sucky) BETA EXPERIENCE. Pictures are bigger but the comment space and tittle space are much small and the way to get to the HTML /BBC code is much more convoluted and enigmatic. But I couldn't get to them at all because when I clicked on the cute finger pointing at he box thing, it brought up a box but it was hidden behind the photo. I could just see its edge. I did complain to flicker and they did fix it. It took a couple of days. Now I go to that box and it pulls up a window with some weird symbols that make no sense but through experimentation and deductive reasoning I realize that the symbols mean html and bbc. One is a tac and I can't remember the other already. They are not intuitive examples of graffics. Yesterday I woke up and I found myself back in the old Flicker. So they got that part of the complaint tooÃ¢ÂÂ¦..Or maybe it was all a bad dream. I went to frequently asked questions on their help line and described my problem in a email form that they had, and they did get to it. I can't remember how I found the help line. I get lost on sites and sometimes I get lost right but I would not know how to get back there. All these changes to the worse is making me anxious and down right beeetchy. I was thinking of going to Flickriver. Apple is doing this dumbing down action too. They are screwing up all their software.

The situation may be too tense at this point, but could you ask the neighbor to call you with the plan to let them come inside your unit during a "stomping episode" to prove to them that sound travels and it's not coming from your unit? Ideally one of them could come upstairs and another could wait from within the unit. Or perhaps management could send one person to each unit and see how loud it really is (are expectations unreasonable?) and upstairs you will have a witness that normal movements are happening upstairs regardless of what they hear. If you have any travel plans, could you use this to your advantage to establish it as a fact that they are hearing noise from another unit? It's obvious they don't believe this. Anything for them to stop calling the police, because that is clearly not solving anything and is wasting city resources... what an awful wake-up call for you.

Oh, at first it wouldn't even put images in comments. Lots of squash, tomatoes, flowers . . . and YES. We'll have roses. The only ones I know are: Excellenz von Schubert Golden Century Nuits de Young Miss Lowe's Variety Cramoisi Superieur Jesse Hildreth . . . But there are 50 roses coming courtesy of Gregg Lowery, so I suspect there will be a terrific selection.

I know what you mean about bloom season slowing down.. I still have a bunch coming.. and then rebloom here.. but nothing like that burst of blooms at peak season. I love them all.. I don't have BABY BLUE EYES and MIDNIGHT LOVE.. and your FLORIDA SNOW ANGEL looks MUCH better than mine..all lovely and great pictures!
I have a bunch on my wish list already..and once your northern friends start.. oohh my

BBE as a bonus?? Wow. I added it last year, but it's not showing any sign of blooming for me (this year). Cimarron Rose is new here as well (only two blooms so far) and I have enjoyed its velvety look...a stunning daylily.

Wonderful pictures, as usual! Say it isn't so....your blooms are slowing down?? We're just getting going here...approaching peak, but not there, I think. Regional starts tomorrow, so I hope Richmond is at peak (I'm sure they are...just enough further south)...lol!

That's the first time I've seen Midnight Love - yum!
My daylilies have just begun to flower up here in Oregon, the first 3 just opened this week (Penny's Worth, Lace Cookies and Galaxy Explosion)
so that means your growing season is more than a month ahead of mine! And just when I turned my attention to this forum from the irises!

Oh Jan... I just love BBE! How many buds did you get? I got mine last summer too, and the bloom count is kinda low... but, it is the first bloom season here.

Your photo of SER is so pretty...what a nice clump!

Florida Snow Angel has been on my list for a while... nice to see it looking so beautiful for you in the Memorial Garden.

Simply beautiful, can't say it any other way.

I'm curious: Have you also grown Lavender Blue Baby? I believe it's on the AHS Popularity Poll, and I can't imagine it's more beautiful than BBE. That's an awesome daylily.

Shelly...you really need to get BBE...LOL, another one for your list!! FSA didn't have many blooms, but they sure were pretty. I'm hoping for better things from her next season. ML is so dark, even darker that my Jungle Beauty which is a nice "black" also.

GG...yep BBE was my bonus from Mariettas. It's been a late bloomer for me, so maybe you'll get scapes yet on it. I envy you going to Richmond for regionals. So far, I haven't been able to make any of the DL tours. Sure would love to though. :)

Marea...thanks. Lace Cookies was one of my first to bloom this season also. Since yours are just now beginning to bloom, I'll expect to see lots of beautiful photos to give me my daily "fix" since mine are winding down now. :)

Betsy....Thanks, and please do post lots of photos. I hope you get tons of bloom to keep all of us southern folk happy.

Sp. ER is a wonderful dl, and has increased very fast for me. She has really strutted her stuff this season.

FSG...since this was her very first bloom season in my garden, and she's still settling in, the bud count was pretty low, but I'm expecting a greater show from her next season.

SHN....Thanks, glad you enjoyed them. I do not grow LBB but would really love to have it. Do you grow her?

Jan, I really liked the first one, then I scrolled down and saw the second. Well I really liked it too. Then I scrolled down even more...well, you can guess the rest. They are all amazingly beautiful! Your photography is superb too. Do you use a tripod? My husband just told me tonight that we had one in the attic that he got from his dad. I may try to use it to see if it helps my pics. Thanks for posting. Always enjoy your pictures and am totally blown away by the many different DL you have.

I love all of them BBE and RS are going on my wish list.

It is sad to see the end of the daylilies blooming. I have enjoyed them so much, good thing is that I have mostly re-bloomers and look forward to what the next round brings.

Gorgeous clump shot! Most of my daylilies aren't old enough to get a good clump picture so I really enjoy those.
