You know, he is the rectal cavity that will not keep his word about trading fig cuttings!

Zergas is a "fatherless son" who sets up trades with people in this (and other forums) and who never reciprocates when it is his turn. He was outed in the forum (including his real name, his ebay ID and his address) but the posting was quickly removed by the gardenweb police (doubtlessly Spike would have left the posting for a couple days claiming technical problems in removing it, though someone would likely have ended up in Disneyland over it).

I didn't manage to save his address (though I'm sure others here have it, just ask via email) but I do recall he lives in a well-to-do area of Michigan (think BH 90201).

He has aliases in other forums (and likely by now here and on ebay as well) so if people seem hesitant to trade with us Mi people Zergas is likely the reason.

I did recall the name of that nursery in Troy that might have Black Mission (though certainly not at this time of year). It is Telly's and their exotic selection is second to none in this area (that I have found at least). Colasanti's also has figs from time to time, though not Black Mission as far as I know.

Thanks for the email.Colastani's wheres that located at ?Do you have a pretty nice fig collection?I have 2 magnolia's,2 jack thomas quarter pounders,1conadria,2 trees which produce small purple figs,1 huge fig tree which produces 2 huge crops I think it's a latturala I bought this tree from Telly's the owners Mom sold it to me very nice people over at Telly's the tree's about 12-15yr's old I paid 500.00 for it crazy ugh but it's a beautiful tree,I also have a brown turkey,peter's honey,an awesome yellow fig that is from this Italian guy I met this summer it's so sweet,also have Grantham Royal fig just bought from James Robin I can't wait till I see the results from this tree there supposed to be a handful in size brown fig.So if you wanna ever stop by and see my fig's let me know thank's Scott I'll talk to later....

Colasanti's is in Leamington, Ontario. Its a pretty amazing nursery, and they will write you phytosanitary certificates on the spot for each of the items you purchase (they will not for items they cannot export legally, of course)

I'm getting to have a pretty good collection, thanks in part to some of the trades and purchases I have made in the past year. Most of my plants are young, and only 3 have given me any fruit as of yet.
