WOw, you really have some beauties blooming today. love most all of them, especially FILLED TO OVERFLOWING, WINNER'S TROPHY, and my favorite one is ARTIC LACE.

You are getting some very nice rebloom. My favorites are the Set My Soul Afire trio and the Arctic Lace twins. Filled to Overflowing is very nice too!

I can't imagine doing a wedding outside in 100-degree temperatures. It sounds like a little bit of torture. I'm glad the sun went behind the trees for ceremony. That must have been a relief.

Very nice pics! Heavenly Angel Ice looks exactly like mine did last year (didn't open yet this year).

I was enjoying all the photographs, but then hit the shot of Filled to Overflowing. Wow. I need more purple daylilies.

Humm, 100 sounds too hot for an outdoor wedding. But I hope it all turned into the perfect day.

Daylilies are all beautiful as usual. The Band Played On is my favorite but I also really like Winner's Trophy.

Love all your DL's. I agree a 100 degrees is way to hot for a outdoor wedding but I guess you have to do what you have to do.

Thank you all for looking and comments. Debra, the re-bloom is unprecedented, as you already know. But it is so nice, and I am enjoying it very much. I'm in the third month of decent bloom right now. Nancy, this HAI has been a wonderful bloomer both originally and on re-bloom...so I figure it won't bloom at all next year.

Chris, that one is Emmerich, so it would do well at your house too. It is such a good bloomer, and, here, it reliably re-blooms.

Rita, I like that one, although, I don't get any of the purple...on her blog, Floota has it the color I wish mine was.

Thanks Linda...we all wondered why they chose 5:00 PM. Why not 7:00, it would still be light here at 7:00.

Ah well, I will say everyone had a good time...it had been listed as casual on the very casual invitations, so people were dressed for comfort. They actually opened the pool later that night and some younger people, and most of the kids, went swimming. The food was catered and totally southern - barbecue and the side dishes that go with it. It was a very nice ceremony, then a nice party. They had both been married before, so did not need the big church wedding...I was quite pleased to note that when he was allowed to kiss his bride, instead of the sometimes embarrassing overlong kiss, he kissed her, then enveloped her in a hug as if he were holding something very precious to him.

Not at all my style of wedding per se, but not my wedding either, so it didn't have to be. but it was a nice party and I got to see all my grandkids at once.

Last night when I looked at this post, all the pictures did not come up. Now, seeing them all, I want to add that Cosmic Kaleidescope and Winner's Trophy are absolutely gorgeous. You've posted several nice photos of Cosmic Kal, and this one is the prettiest one!

Congrats on the wedding. I liked each daylily, couldn't decide a favorite here. Wow, that they are almost all rebloom. I think I might be having some rebloom scapes coming up already. Of course, my watering has helped things along.

These are all so beautiful, I can hardly decide which I like best. I think it might be Lucky Streak though. Not sure why, not what would normally call to me, but I really like that color with the streak.
This is my 2nd year for Heavenly Angel Ice in my garden. Lovely little flower, but the foliage is so delicate looking & the stems seem a little wispy, hardly hold the bloom up. Is this normal? Or should I try moving it?

Winner's Trophy is my favorite.

Glad to hear they had casual wedding as I wondered how anyone could sit with formal clothing in 100 degree heat. Sounds like it all went well.

Anika, HAI has taken off this year. I really lie it, and it is one of those that seems to pose for pictures.

Debra, those have been two of my absolute favorites this year. CK just seems to get prettier with each bloom. It is almost through with its rebloom, and I will miss it.

Cindy, these just decided to rebloom. I didn't fertilize as much as usual and have yet to water the first time (but tomorrow will be that day) Rebloom is really the nicest thing, though.

Nancy, LS was a bonus from Maryott, and I really like it...fun to take pictures of it. Giver HAI another year or two. Mine did very little until this year.

Julia, I think folks would have passes out ecept for the casual dress and atmosphere.

Ann, it is very pretty...I think it would be more purple in a cooler climate.
