picea orientalis wasting - please help!

In my yard on Cape Cod, I have six mature Picea orientalis trees. In early October, one tree started to evidence a bright yellow color on random needles. Today about 30% of the tree's needles are yellow. The yellow needles have not dropped off the branch. It appears that maybe 50% of the tree's needles will be yellow in a few more weeks. The other five trees show no signs of any yellow needles (yet). This has never appeared before since I planted these trees ~ 15 years ago. Any help you can give me re: identification of and treatment for the problem would be most appreciated. Frankly, I am so concerned of cross infection, I am wondering if the infected tree should be cut down and removed from the property. Thanks in advance!
