How to overwinter chinese juniper cuttings?

Hello to everyone,

Looking for your help. Cuttings were taken on Sept. 5, and placed in the mix of perlite and peat moss. I don't see roots, but the branches are still green and looks healthy. I keep them in a house, room temp. 64-68 F. Just realized that the cuttings should probably go dormant for winter..., but with temp. 64-68F will they?
