need recommendation for fig tree for Los Angeles hills

Hi everybody: newbie to figs here!

Can anyone suggest a good tree for a home up in the Hollywood/LA Hills? That's Sunset Landscape zone #21, where it gets quite hot in summer (80s are common, sometimes spiking to 90s & 100) and winters are not too cold, very very rarely freezing. Sometimes the marine fog layer extends that far inland, but it's rare. Usually hot and dry.

I don't want anything too huge and one crop of good figs is acceptable if that's a trade-off for some other benefit.

BTW, if figs are pollinated by wasps, does that mean that you should plant them away from a patio?
