Dose inner vison bloom all summer for you? I want to add somethings untill my dahlias bloom.

There is no such thing as a daylily that blooms all summer LOL! I see you are also here on Long Island. If you want the most bloom look for reblooming daylilies by northern hybridizers. Foreget the ones from down south. They will not rebloom here.

Sameul Bell is looking good. My fav though is Inner Vision. You know what, My Off Beat is a near White with a purple eye. I wonder why!!! that is strange. Nice photos of the reds today..Ellie

Inner Vision looks really wonderful today, a wonderful photo of it & my favorite. Of course, I must have runners up-Off Beat & Man of Sorrows. My Hello Heartstrings is on its last blooms today, but has rebloom scapes coming up so I'll have more soon, hurray!

Beautiful! Your Man of Sorrows is rosier than mine, but just as lovely. Tie between Shimmering Red Satin and Face Dancer.

The wife loves the pictures of the flowers I grow , so I am trying to get as many blooms as possible. I have a few day lilies, like Cindies eye, which only gives me one flower a season and several yellow lilies I don't know the name of. They rebloom a lot. Once my dahlias bloom I have flowers all summer long.

Viking, I wish I could grow dahlias and I have tried soooooo many times but for the life of me, I just can't. I do like them though.

Ellie, the color of OFF BEAT is the same color it is each year around here. I guess yours is different because of the heat?

Nancy, hurray for reblooms! You know that Hello Heartstings is a favorite daylily of mine. The picture made it look more washed out than it really is. I guess because it was taken in full sun.

Kay, SHIMMERING RED SATIN really should be more widly known and planted because it is such a stunner of a red. And I know you like reds.

The reds are working it today for me. Shimmering Red Satin looks like it has a whopper of a bloom. The two Man of Sorrows blooms are so vibrant!

OH GOSH RITA> That SHIMMERING RED SATIN IS THE MOST GORGEOUS RED i HAVE EVER SEEN,i THINK. ITS JUST A GORGEOUS BLOOM.INNER VISION is really pretty today, too, and FACE DANCER is a beauty. OFF BEAT is ggorgeous, too. but, I LIKE HER LITTLE BLOOMERS, too. that one is so pretty, looks like chenille pedals.SOUL ON FIRE is a beauty, too, love it. and HELLO HEARTSTRINGS is absolutely gorgeous. I hunted up and down, looking for part one to see first, but, could not find part one.Guess will try again to find it.. hope you are getting some cooler days now that all the heat has moved here. it got to 101 about 4pm, now has dropped to 99, still so hot out, just like stepping into a oven.

THANK YOU RITA: I went searching again and found it, but ,I sure am glad you included this link, just in case i could not find it.I don't want to miss any of your posts,and miss out on these gorgeous blooms,and a chance to see how the veggies are doing. My cucumbers was so wilted a litle earlier, they looked like hot water had been poured on them, I gave them some water, without wetting the leaves for them to burn up.They looking better now.

Wow, Shimmering Red Satin really does it for me!

Love this group. I admire Man of Sorrows every time you post a pic. I like the eye on Face Dancer. And Shimmering Red Satin is a knockout. That photo makes it look like a 20" daylily (or you have really tiny hands).

Thank you all. The angle of that picture of SHIMMERING RED SATIN just made it look extra big, not sure why. I don't even know how I got my hand in the picture but my hands are pretty much average LOL!

What beauties!! Starting with the first one, Inner Vision, looks really great. Hello Heartstring is very pretty. Love Man of Sorrows! Does it multiply well for you? Face Dancer is very interesting. And that Shimmering Red Satin is just stunning!

Nat, Man Of Sorrows is a good one in my garden. Multiplies well. It is in the second tier (which is the main biggest one) of my terraces garden. I was just looking at it today thinking I might move it front and center to the first tier of the terraces after bloom season. It really is a very lovely daylily.
