These are Tridex Lilies just starting to bloom. Short ones I have planted in front. I have 25 lilies planted in a cluster. These are part of all those 175 lily bulbs I bought late this spring and planted around the daylilies. Others of those 175 have not started blooming yet.
Those Little lilies are adorable. I love several Korths, including especially Arrikas sunset, but T=Rocks Cry Out is my pick of these. Actually, that is one of the few I plan to add this year. You always were a fine little enabler. kay
OMG RITA. The RED Tridex Lilies are beautiful and you have piles of Buds yet to open on them. Please post more pictures of them as they bloom. The daylilies are gorgeous today, too.I really love that ROLLING STONES. That be my favorite today. But AUGUST GROOM is gorgeous, too.Wow, you have some beauties blooming today.
ARRIKAS SUNSET really is a deep orange. I like it a lot. Although pinky/peach is my very favorite color, I really like INSTANT CELEBRATION with that dark contrasting eye and edge. My favorite of this bunch is ROLLING STONE with that green throat.
WOW! to those Tridex lilies. What a beautiful short plant!
The Tridex lilies turned out well out front. They are supposed to be 16 inches but are much shorter so I hope they do get some taller next year.
Thanks, everyone for the nice comments. Kay, you know there is always something that is a must have :-)
Debra- Reagan Kate had much more pink in it last year. The backround wasn't as white and the eye not as washed out. I moved it from the back into the Belgium Block mini terraces in the front and I don't like it this pale color. I might need to move it back.
