Daylily Newbie Needs Info and Advice!

I'm adding my very first daylilies to a few of my beds. One bed I'm know what I'm doing (well, as much as I ever do), but for my other bed, I could use some advice.

First, let me show you where I'm hoping to plant a daylily:

Angle 2 -

My first question is how wide does the clump get? I want to put it behind the geranium, campanula, heuchera plants. There should be enough room, but I'd like to make sure.

Secondly, suggestions on what would look good there. I'm going solely on photos so it's hard for me to know the exact colors. I was thinking maybe Blueberry Sundae. Or do you think I'd be better off with something like Lenora Ester? I'm hoping you're more familiar with the true colors of these plants.

If it would help the plants currently in the bed are (photo 1) Salvia "Rose Queen", Campanula "Kent Belle" (not blooming yet), Peony, Siberian Iris, Catmint, Lamb's ears, Scabiosa "Butterfly Blue", Geranium "Johnson's Blue".

(photo 2, in the corner), Campanula "Birch's Hybrid", Heuchera "Frosted Violet"
