Fig for warm, long-season greenhouse

OK guys, you have one last chance to make a fig lover out of me. I have a Celeste and Brown Turkey outside. But the Celeste fruit are very small, fairly tasty, and BT doesn't get ripe in Alpine Tx, at least not yet. But my greenhouse has a 315 day growing season and is 80s to 90s all that time. I'd prefer a fig that has very early and/or very late fruit. But top fresh eating quality is #1 priority. Could be potted or in the ground. 6ft x 8ft x 9ft tall if in ground.

Any suggestions on cultivar and source greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

Steve
