Spring Continues to Unfurl in Alabama (picture heavy)

I was very surprised when I went out back today to see that spring is looking up:

These are almost through now, but they were really pretty:

And you can see the new red and yellow tulips which have been very pretty for a while.

DH declared he liked these the best, but he also thought they were orange. Admittedly they do look orange at a distance, but closeup, you can see the separate colors:

The azaleas are blooming or at least the early ones, are and the others are budding:

The tulips in the yard continue: This is the bed the stinking squirrels robbed and I replanted:

Up from last year:

Just for Rita, I wanted to show that the Dutch iris are just beginning to bloom:

More Daffs are blooming:

I am quite happy with these since they are all returns from last year. That doesn't happen in Alabama.

The red is Come Back from Brent and Beckys, and the yellow is La Courtine from Jpohn Scheepers.

As for the daylilies...they are perking up a bit:

Spring appears to be here, without much winter at all this year...just enough to keep my spirea from blooming much.
