Citrus in the Bay area of California

Hello, I have a Meyer Lemon, Nagami Kumquat, Oswari Mandarin, and a Moro Blood Orange tree grafted to trifoliate orange rootstock that I bought from Home Depot. I transpotted the trees into larger pots, fertilized well with a good phosphorous fertilizer as the roots are still growing in our mild climate. My question is: will I recieve enough heat during the summer to mature the fruit into nice-sized edibles? I live in Petaluma, and am about 15 miles from the ocean as the crow flies. summers aren't very hot, but they are sunny and dry. Is there anybody with experience growing citrus in this area. I believe I'm in 9b on the cold-hardiness map. Thanks for any advise. "Doc"
