I have posted a picture in cacti photo gallery of large ones that look just like my small ones do.

Century plants grow pretty quickly so I would separate them. Are they seedlings, devisions or plants that developed on the stalks???

Divide them, give them plenty of room in full sun.

I don't see your picture(s) there, but your Agave (the most common Latin name for 'century plant', because they take so long to bloom) would benefit from full sun, porous soil (although they would also likely grow in clay/caliche/just about anything). Give them some water when they're dry and feed them some general diluted fertilizer if you want to (they don't have to have it).

I also think a 'century plant' could be a Yucca, from your description of thornless leaves, but without seeing a picture I'm not sure. Come to think of it, even with a picture I could not be sure.

All Agaves have a sharp terminal spine on each leaf. If your plant does not have them, it must be something else.
Assuming it really is an agave, there are only a couple with smooth leaf margins that look like the plant you linked:

Agave vilmoriniana
