Ponderosa Lemon Dilemma

I have a ponderosa lemon dilemma. My 7 feet tall ponderosa lemon has 18 huge lemons on it. These lemons are about 5.75 inches in diameter and 17-18 inches around. The tree bloomed in late February through March. The fruits are 6-7 months old. My problem is they aren't ripening and I must put the tree in the greenhouse in a couple of weeks. One limb has already cracked and I don't know how I'll get the tree in the greenhouse without breaking more limbs or losing fruit. When will the fruit get ripe?
