can you recommend a conifer?

Sorry to cross post - I put this in Companion Plants and didn't get a nibble.

I have the following plants, and need some more to "pull them all together":

1 Juniperus chinensis ("Old Gold" juniper) (bushy)

2 Thuja occidentalis ("Forever Goldie" juniper) (conical)

1 Cupressus sempervirens (Italian Cypress - 12" high; I know it will outgrow the situation) (conical)

1 Juniperus horizontalis "Blue Chip" (low/bushy)

Can anyone suggest a blue/silvery globe-shaped or weeping dwarf evergreen that will do well in full sun, low summer water, in California?

And anything else that will bring it all together - some sort of flowering thing I can plant in between? I don't think heathers will work in my area.

thanks!
