Fertilizing new container citus in Al's gritty mix

I recently received a Persian lime tree from Briteleaf Nursery and planted it in Al's gritty mix however, I did not add gypsom to the mix because the guy at the big box store only knew it as drywall, not something you used in gardening (and I was too uninformed to correct him). But I think I have determined that it is the same thing as dolomite lime (is that correct?)

I added Osmocote for CRF when mixing the "soil" but have been adding Epsom salt with each watering.

The tree is in a 10 gallon pot. How much epsom salt should I use in each watering and how can I address the lime issue? Can I add that to my watering/fetilizing regime as well?

Thanks in advance,

Tammy
