Need some advice on tree selection

Hello! Please bare with me. I am not the most gardening savvy person out there. I will be purchasing some seedlings in about a week. One of the places I wish to plant some of these seedlings is along a fence line.

I hope to select a tree that will grow fairly tall and form a screen as the neighbors on that side like to sit at the top of their hill and look into our property. This faces the back of the house where we had hoped to put a pool, etc. So...we would like some privacy from nosy neighbors! LOL!!

Anyway...That side of the property has a wet area in the lower section throughout the winter months. It gets a fair amount of sun. It can get windy at times. We are down in a hollow...so the wind will catch the tops of trees.

I don't mind a variety of trees, either...we just want something that will create a nice looking wall. And ideally as quickly as possible.

Here are the trees I will be choosing from:

 Austrian pine

 Balsam fir

 Canaan fir

 Colorado blue spruce

 Corkbark fir

 Douglas fir

 Fraser fir

 Giant sequoia

 Grand fir

 Korean fir

 Nikko fir

 Noble fir

 Norway spruce

 Ponderosa pine

 Sitka spruce

 Western hemlock

 Western red cedar

 White fir

Thank you for your advice!
