Ever sold plants for a fund raiser?

I'm going to be helping support the greyhound adoption kennel where we got our Charm (Won By Her Wits). Since I'm a licensed nursery retailer, I'm going to take a truckload of plants to sell to help with the fund raising.

The open house at the kennel is going to be from noon to 4:00pm. I'm trying to decide what to take and the quantity to take for my booth. The folks who run this non-profit organization say that there should be a lot of drop-in traffic in addition to those interested in supporting the greyhounds.

From my wholesale nursery supplier, I can get annuals, groundcovers, daylilies, hostas, ferns, clematis, perennials and a few herbs. What do you think is the the most interesting for such a short time for selling?

With the limited time, I'll just take a few of each type of plant. I can get flats of many of these and break apart as individual pots. I can also get gallon pots of many of these plants.

Thanks so much!

Cameron
