Danny, Did you just recently move to the south? The bugs are harmless and known as "love bugs" They show up twice a year sometimes in HUGE numbers. once in the spring and once toward fall. They don't bite, don't even feed as adults (far as I know) but do land on people and make a mess on the front of cars. Your leaves have sooty mold. As a rule it grows on the leaves because of the secretions left or dropped by aphids. Does the new growth have aphids? Get rid of them and wipe the leaves off. hi, where are you exactly? Interesting that the tree is blooming, if you're in the northern hemisphere the limes should be growing ... I have a Mexican lime tree in So. California, and the limes have grown to 1 to 2 inches thick. My tree was ravaged by leaf miners but it seemed to have survived that. The yellowing in yours may be result of water stress, either over or under watering.

Jack's Pro water soluble fertilizer (25-5-15) once in two weeks, a spoonful dissolved in a gallon of water, my trees get 5 gallons each. And also Dyna-gro Pro-tekt silicon supplement. I have also been told that buying Ammonium sulphate would be a quick cheap way of adding nitrogen, but I needed the micro-nutrients as well. I have noticed that the folks who have their plants in containers also add epsom salts and vinegar!

My lemon tree has few spot on the leafs. it doesn‘t look happy. it has few lemons which they are growongwing. i am concern and not sure what to do.
