Oh, how funny! That's about what would happen to me. The first time I ever planted flowers, I pulled all of them out and left the weeds. :/ Why don't you try planting several seeds the next time and then select the strongest one of them? Well, it sound like you've done everything you can do. The flushing was the key. So, you may have some damage, and continue to see the results of the fertilizer burn, but hopefully it will recover and your tree will have survived your husband's "ubber love" :-) Patty S.

You can use the same 24-8-16 on the leaves as well as roots. This can be used on all your citrus tree. I use Miracle-Gro® and Miracid® brand. I can find it at the store very easily and it is very inexpensive. Others use Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro 9-3-6 It is more complete than what I use but much more expensive. Some loss of leaves after bringing the tree in is normal. Your tree looks really good. If you haven't bought the Miragle-gro cactus mix don't. If you have and can't take it back I would suggest adding 3 parts pine fines to 1 part cactus mix. 5 parts pine fines, 1 part compost, 1 part perlite. I can't help with the black spots. I have no experience there

Brian!!! How you buddy!! HUGS buddy!!!! Listen, I have been wondering how things are going? I saw what your yard will look like and now a greenhouse to boot! If there was a way to put that bar into your greenhouse, just think of the possibilities...lol Have you been able to get all your plants out of the yard? The perennials and shrubs and stuff? Then all your citrus and others.? By the way, don't forget to take Sugar with you...lol How far from your original home is this? Is the weather the same there? You must be getting very excited to get your new place all done and to set up that greenhouse..Always just on time...You will have it set up before the cold weather moves in, much earlier than you last attempt..lol You do have the plastic cover already or will the one you already have be big enough? Please, if you could, could you start a new Thread about your whole set up, the progress, pics of the trees, yard and the building process if you get time? I am thinking many here would love to be by your side when you do like me...
